Van Buren house- you look so cute and perfect for a newlywed couple. Your flag pole makes us feel patriotic. Your grass is pretty green, what do you use to keep it looking so great- we hope it isn't spray paint.
Taylorsville condo- That sign in your upstairs window called to us last Saturday. Your 1900 square feet is appealing. Your pictures show that you are updated. Is that true? When we walk in will we feel that special something?
Midwest Ave home- You are definitely a fixer-upper. You do have a charm about you, though. The lady that stopped us on the street had great things to say about you. Do you have "good bones?" We wouldn't mind fixing you up just right if you do.
Holladay condo- You have been on the market a VERY long time. Is it because you don't have a garage? Or is it something deeper and more sinister? You were built in 2004, so what is really going on here? If you were such a catch, why haven't you been snatched up?
Tanglewood Dr.- We love your square footage. We could do a lot with 2100 square feet. The wife loves the plantation shutters in your living room. Do they stay? Why should we choose you over the others?Houses, please make us feel like the house hunt is going to be a fun adventure. We don't want to see ripped up flooring, outdated beyond updating kitchens and baths, or hear furnaces that bellow long into the night. People lived in you for a reason. Show us what that reason was!
Sincerely,
First Time Home Buyers
